Attend and develop a sound understanding of the principles and practices of engineering safety relief systems for refrigeration applications. Participants successfully completing the course will obtain access to the IRC`s Safety Relief Systems Analysis Tool Version 2.0 for 3 years (subsequent access is $495 each 3 years). This web-based seminar is your opportunity to learn more about refrigerant inventory estimation and management. All industrial refrigeration system end-users need to develop estimates of the inventory of refrigerant in their systems and continually update the estimates as changes are made to their systems.
REGISTRATION ALLOWED FOR OSHA/EPA EMPLOYEES ONLY. This webinar is intended to provide for OSHA CSHOs, OSHA Consultation, and EPA inspectors with a better understanding of industrial ammonia refrigeration systems and technology. Particular emphasis will be placed on developing attendee`s understanding of the RAGAGEP applicable to industrial ammonia refrigeration systems. In addition, common ammonia refrigeration-related safety systems and their functions will be discussed. Finally, the course includes an overview of common failure mechanisms applicable to industrial ammonia refrigeration systems. The course will take place February 5th - 9th, 2024 from 1:00 pm-3:30 pm Central Time
